Daily Duties at Protection One Security:
Sales Trainer: Train Sales Reps and Mangers how to properly present products and services to the customer through Class room training as well as in the field ride checks. I also helped develop new training material as needs and services changed. Held weekly conference calls with the entire region and trained on 1 or 2 topics that I thought could use more help. My training coverage area was 20 states that I traveled weekly. Sales Manager: Hire, train, motivate sales reps to hit production quotas for a 3 state area based out of Norristown Pa. Ride alongs, Trade Shows, one on one training as well as weekly sales meetings to foster a team atmosphere.
