Daily Duties at Medtronic Inc.:
Support Neuro Clinical Directors and staff. Coordinate US/International meetings to include Live Meeting/WebEx, conference calls, travel domestic/international, order office supplies and catering, create PowerPoint presentations, process invoices and expensen reports, support SharePoint sites, Interact with peers, upper management, vendors, clients and customers on a frequent basis, set up new hires, maintain organizational charts and distribution lists. Budget track monthly AOP reports and resolve discrepancies.
