• Built Successful new small business from the ground up through innovative thinking, strategic planning and strong bias for execution resulting in a positive profit performance year one. • Develops and drives strategic direction for the company in regard to all aspects of service, operations, sales, marketing and financial goals. • Evaluates, designs and implements all company processes, procedures and systems to aid in company brand imaging and consistency in execution. • Establishes new and current relationships with vendors and clients; resulting year to date with contracts with 12 local farms, 4 local restaurants/schools and a multi-city garden club program including 100+ members.
