Daily Duties at Target Corporation:

• Provided coaching, training and strategic direction to senior leaders in 26 states across the south central and eastern United States to optimize sale and profit in 800+ stores representing $8 billion in department revenue. • Oversaw the hiring, training and development of field operations leaders through collaboration with senior leaders, recruiting, succession planning and regular leadership statuses. • Drove process efficiencies and corporate programs through the influence of senior leaders, coaching, training and accountability of field leaders. • Analyzed operational gaps through data analysis and observation; developed solutions and diagnostic reporting to aid in continuous improvement. • Developed, coordinated and facilitated training bi-annually at headquarters for all food field leadership teams to aid in the rollout of new programs, train on new company strategies and work on personal development. • Worked with cross functional partners to analyze, develop and test new and existing programs and processes for both field and store teams.
