• Lead a SuperTarget team of 250+ employees with 12 direct reports and $55 million in store revenue while maintaining responsibility for delivering profitable sales through operational excellence, guest satisfaction, expense control and team accountability. • Analyzed and prepared business forecasts in regards to sales, payroll and expense performance; received Golden Contribution Award both years for exceeding performance goals. • Provided leadership, strategic direction and developmental opportunities for store team executives. • Oversaw all aspects of staff performance, performance evaluations as well as talent management to include succession planning, coaching, training/development, counseling and progressive discipline. • Proactively communicated with group and regional support teams to build partnerships, provide feedback and help achieve greater results.
