Daily Duties at Bunge North America:

• Lead business process kaizen events for the following department: finance, human resources, legal, office services, sales and IT departments. • Developed a charter for each of the kaizen events and then facilitated each of the events. This included teaching the class about lean sigma, 5S, waste management and then preparing a presentation that was used to report the improvements the group came up with. • Worked with senior management to ensure events are aligned with Bunge North America, business units, and divisional strategies. • Promoted Bunge’s Core value of citizenship by participating in Farm Safety Days, Habitat for Humanity, and River and Streams Clean Up.
