Daily Duties at Congregation Ner Tamid:

Marketing Manager Position Duties: • Editor/Designer for monthly Newsletter. • Promote upcoming dates of events and programs with exciting Constant Contact emails, flyers, postcards and posters via social media campaign. • Responsible for submitting ad materials for local newspapers and virtual billboard companies. • Create logos and visual aids for Temple events and programs and maintain attendance list. Preschool Position Duties: • Greet students and parents upon each day. • Receive payments for tuition and daycare fees • Promote fundraising events and manage RSVP lists. • Daily attendance and update student files monthly. • Design and distribute flyers, memo and emails for parents. Assistant to Rabbi Position Duties: • Manage Rabbi schedule and calendar • Liaison for congregation and Rabbi in urgent and/or personal matters. • Religious School Administrator o Attendance and payroll for teachers. o Order supplies for teachers. o Manage the office for copy request and incoming phone calls. o Represent the Religious School at Temple wide events. o Support Rabbi in securing safety for students. o Provide families with events and programs within our neighborhood via email and social media.
