Daily Duties at Real Tick Llc:
In this role I was the first point of escalation for all incidents in our company, as well as vendor issues relating to data / circuit latency / integrity. This also was an opportunity to design new market data environments and home grown tools to increase monitoring efficiency and software development, while working with a team of professionals and creating an efficient training program.
