Checking for drug interactions, dosages, frequencies, appropriate drug therapy. Consulting doctors for necessary therapy change, NDR, formulary vs non-formulary. Counseling patients about drug-drug, drug-food interactions. Transferring prescriptions, monitoring and maintaining pharmacy work flow. Following protocols in preventing substance abuse and updating annual formulary drugs.
