Hardare support for the Minnesota regional branches. Manage assigned projects that affect my branches. Install updated equipment. Manage the hardware inventory for the region. Keep management apprised of the status of my region with regard to the equipment operability. Support telecomm by adding, moving, and servicing telephone equipment. Work with vendors on all issues affecting the branches. Provide 24 hour support as required.
