Lead Engineer – PGP Email and Whole Disk Encryption – Build and ongoing support of environment including upgrades and end user support via response Incident Management tickets. Engineer responsible for support: Trend Anti-Virus and Microsoft Service Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). Documented and tracked execution of daily operations, troubleshooting steps and screenshots to establish standard operating procedures. Resulted in successful delegation of tasks. Created playbooks for at-hand steps if issues arose to ensure timely or immediate response as necessary to meet SLA requirements. Basic scripting – PowerShell. Managed 2 junior engineers. Accepted transfer to Buenos Aires to develop the team in the new location as well as take on more team and operation responsibilities.
