Daily Duties at Gsl Properties:

Handled all aspects of the apartment leasing process from initial showing to move-out inspections. Daily duties included answering multiple phone lines, handling complaints and inquiries, maintain complete and orderly files, screen potential renters, perform background checks, including credit checks and criminal history reports. Inspect apartments and arrange for maintenance, collect rent and late fees and organize social events for the complex, execute leases and addenda on behalf of the company and made sure all documents were properly executed.
