• Developed annual operating and capital budget. • Created monthly financial reporting package which was reviewed with all Manufacturing department leaders. • Created and maintained metrics for the operations group (scrap, warranty, rework, labor variances). • Established standard costs annually for portfolio of products, for new product introductions and R&D projects. • Reviewed and reported on all BOM changes and the effect on manufactured costs. • Performed month-end close duties for operations which included journal entries, variance analysis. • Developed inventory reporting to detail slow moving or excess raw materials and finished goods. • Developed ad hoc analysis as needed by the organization, warranty analysis, scrap, rework.
