Daily Duties at Trinity Health:
Oversaw non-clinical departments, including HR, legal, diversity, bioengineering, environmental services, nutritional services, maintenance, facilities, and security for the hospital system. Managed ten direct reports. Served as transitional leader for the relocation to a new, $355,000,000 state-of-the-art, 254-private room hospital, as well as the closure of the existing facility. Led support services for four hospitals, six ambulatory facilities, 600 beds, 4,000 employees, and 48 physicians. Directed support services, including environment of care, emergency management, and safety. Maintained a real estate portfolio of 24-hour operations of facilities and security service areas. Implemented an equity-in-care program for the hospital and community to ensure all ethnic groups received fair and equal treatment.
