Daily Duties at Lincoln Hospital (Hhc):

Monitoring guideline and tools used: **Dollar Amount Thresholds ($5,000 / $20,000 / $100,000 / $1,000,000) **Desk Audit Reviews **Survey Audit Tool / Corrective Action Plans **assisted in Departmental Purchasing Reviews Network Contract Compliance Sequence of Approval Process was: **Departmental – Requesters / Orders / E-Commerce / Audit Trail **Purchasing – Bids / Purchase Requests / Purchase Order’s / Other Approvals **Categories of Vendors / Items **Processing Timeframes of purchase request **Accounts Payable – Harlem & Lincoln Receiving and Stores **assisted in Audits upon request / Review of Processes 3. Contract reviews: serve as a consultants to department heads to ensure vendor were in compliance with contractual agreement with patient services. 4.Enviromental compliance: in preparation for Joint Commission Surveys was assigned specific floors within the facility to inspect equipments, physical plant repairs, building codesincluding prior environmental deficiencies, etc. to ensure JCAHO Quality Assurance requirements are being met. 5. work closely with purchasing department to ensure vendor bidding process is being followed properly and timely.
