Direct corporate policy development and related processes, and ensure that policies are compliant with relevant Federal, State, and local statues, rules and regulations. 1. revised/edited policies up for review using tracking changes 2. proof read and revised Code of Conduct to include revised guidelines 3. created excel spreadsheet with subtabs to track annual/monthly compliance policies that are up for committee review annually or biannual. 4. coordinate bimonthly compliance committee meetings
