IT manager and Microsoft Exchange Administrator for over 120 users for the Navy CLEAN Program satelite office, and also function as liason with Yucca Mountain tranision between Bechtel and SAIC, SF head quarter offices. Set up an office in Las Vegas, NV office for the Bechetel Business team and supported the Las Vegas office. Travelled to Las Vegas a few times a month to support the users. Was the lead for the over 100 user office move in San Diego. Set up brown bag for users training. Managed a team of IT personnel for desktop issues. Started the help-desk ticketing service for the Bechtel BSII offices. Was a hub for support for the West offices for Bechtel. Travelled to NASA Aims for IT support of setting up a network for 70 users. • IT manager and Microsoft Exchange Administrator for over 120 users for the Navy CLEAN Program. • Managed 5 NT/2000 servers. Networked, supported, and closed the Las Vegas business development office. • Consistently maximized expertise in actively supporting the NASA AIMS project in San Jose California. • Supported the BNI and the Bechtel Telecommunication users of the Las Vegas and Los Angeles BD office in addition to the San Diego office. Supported CAD and GIS users in San Diego and San Francisco. • Planned, coordinated, and implemented all aspects of network and hardware for two office moves in San Diego and Las Vegas. Closely supported the Yucca Mountain project transition team in Las Vegas. • Prepared the conference room setup of laptop and projector kits. Installed and updated all software. • Documented all issues and follow-up using Track-It Help desk tracking system. Managed print jobs. • Regularly assisted in the procurement and physical movement of operational servers and workstations. • Promoted to Help Desk Technician, responsible for maintaining all desktops, laptops, and printers.
