Daily Duties at Sentry Insurance A Mutual Company:

I was asked by the Executive Vice President to Move over to the Dealer Operations Division of Sentry which was purchased from John Deere Insurance, they were having significant problems in changing the total operations to Sentry's culture from the previous culture of failure. My job was to change all aspects of the operations from Top to Bottom along with heading the Dealer Operations Division for the Western US. This division had significant problems not only with its performance, culture but ethical issues. I was responsible for Top Line and Bottom line growth and profit, sales process, CRM, training of Region Managers and Account Manager, Customer Retention, Budgets, Forecasting, Strategic Plans, Recruiting, Sales and process Audits, Sales Analytic s, Management of Dealer Operations Market Vertical which specializes in (Franchised Auto Dealer New & Used, Motorcycle Dealers, Trailer Dealers, RV Dealers, Boat Dealers, John Deere Dealers, Farm Implement Dealers, Industrial Dealers, Fork Lifts and Auto Service Dealers. In charge of relationships with Franchisors & Association relationships.
