Daily Duties at Wesco Distribution, Inc:

Solely responsible to produce monthly Collateral Borrowing Facility reports on $450 million in Accounts Receivable Securitization and $400 million in Inventory Borrowing base that detail available company assets to use as collateral for cash funding purposes. Manage the settlement and accounting entries regarding the monthly inter-company balance settlements, monthly reconciliations and repatriating funds to the USA. (Appox 3-5M per month volume) Maintain and organize the banking activities across 175 domestic/international bank accounts. One of two bank platform administrators with expertise with multiple internet banking platforms and act as a Service Level Expert on foreign exchange and hedging transactions to lock rates and eliminate exchange exposure. • Work in consultation with the Internal Audit Group to maintain Treasury SOX compliance and ensure accurate financial reporting across all divisions. • Consult insurance brokers on annual policy renewals and handle insurance claims with carriers to minimize impact to bottom line revenues. • Maintain investments and borrowing to obtain highest investment yields and lowest interest expenses. (50M- 100M investments or borrowings requirements) • Handled all issuances of letters of credit, surety bonds, and bank guarantees. Exposure with a controlled disbursement account structures, ZBA, and lockbox imaging analysis across North America. Solely maintain the corporate daily, weekly, and future liquidity to ascertain proper cash balances are avaiable. Preform all electronic payments by using FEDWIRE, ACH, and CASH CONCENTRATION. Responsible for opening and closing bank accounts as well as updating services. Daily budgeting the cash inflows and outflows to solely decide to invest, redeem, borrow, or repay funds. Soley responsible for Electronic transfers Also maintained ALL responsiblities INCLUDED IN SENIOR TREASURY ANALYST!
