Daily Duties at Wesco Distribution, Inc:
Applied customer payments to accounts recievable balances. Reserched discrepencies and populated chargebacks to accounts. Worked with customers directly and financial services to determine correct invoices to clear. Managed unapplied cash on acccount for customers to ensure invoices were cleared as appropriate. Sprearheaded the daily distribution of checks to various teams and groups. Balanced all payments on a daily basis to -0- ZERO. Worked many hours overtime to post customer payments before month end to ensure lowest outstanding AR balances to ledger.
