Daily Duties at Poly Vision Corporation:
Set Sales strategy, sales revenue plan, expense and marketing budget for visual communications and casework divisions. Hire, train and coach sales force. Had direct management responsibility for six sales offices. I met with the sales managers of each office on a monthly basis to ensure they were executing to the corporate goals. I created and implemented a weekly and monthly dashboard system so that each office were fully aware of their contribution to corporate sales and profits goals. Traveled to each sales office to ensure they were executing to their sales plan. I oversaw the implementation of Salesforce.com technology to improve overall communication and efficiency and productivity of the sales management and sale force. This greatly streamlined sales processes and best practices
