Daily Duties at Troxell Communications:
Sales management responsibility for two zone managers and 22 company account executives. Sales revenue of $ 40M. Set Sales strategy, sales budget, expense budget, marketing budget for eastern half of United States. Turnaround past three year decline in sales revenue and market share in declining market. Hire, train and coach sales force. Travel with sales reps and call on Key customers. Manage complaint resolution and problem solve for customers and sales rep. Work on major bids and assist in closing sales. Work with vendors and sales force on major promotions. Discuss sales and marketing strategy with major vendors for Eastern half of country. Review monthly sales against sales plan. Make adjustments to sales rep goals to ensure sales are met. worked with IT to improve sales dashboard and make sure product mix is correct. Forecast sales on continuing 90 day forecasting model. Work with sales rep and review their sales pipeline.
