Daily Duties at Barnum Industries:

Directed HRIS project implementation corporate wide. Served as chief consultant for implementation and upgrades to PeopleSoft, ERP and Lawson.Developed training program to administer full-cycle HR support and collaborate with operational and functional leaders to design structures and policies to meet long- and short-term company goals.Initiated and implemented training on all aspects of recruiting including participation in job/career fairs and creation of employment advertising campaigns; screen resumes and applications; interview applicants; conduct reference checks; verify education and references; and extend job offers. Developed and administer employee relations, career planning guidance, wage/salary/compensation/benefits administration, new employee orientation, training programs, and attrition and retention reports. Coordinated compensation and benefit plans; processed applications for medical/dental coverage and sent to appropriate carrier.
