 Successfully designed, assembled and structured a negotiation process to monetize Energy Loans for the Latin American Division, putting a team of experts together to produce International Performance Bonds for over 1 Billion dollars, communicated the strategy to The Deustche Bank, Societe Generale, China Development Bank and Exim Bank of China.  Shepherded and implemented a marketing and sales plan to meet particular demands of the highly complex Latin American business structure producing positive results in a cost effective manner.  Studied reviewed and analyzed a macro view of the Venezuelan economy, designed and implemented a strategic plan for the country, selecting and creating projects based on national needs.  Researched the market to design a socially responsible program to be developed in Venezuela and the rest of Latin America
