Daily Duties at Accountemps:

 Successfully completed a long term temporary assignment for the City of San Diego.  Worked with fixed asset team on complex reconciliation of capital projects and special revenue of note # 4 of Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.  Handled out of balance correction working paper as part of reconciliation.  Reviewed general year end closing and prepared opening journal entries for various funds – timely and accurately. No post closes entries.  Handled various funds and performed year end analysis, fund analysis and prepared timely financial statements for various funds.  Handled clean up for appropriation journal entries for various funds of equipment. Performed long JV on excel and trained another associate.  Handled internal audit of Tidelands report for Mission Bay beaches and shoreline.  Handled Leases of vehicle.  Worked on Vehicle adds spreadsheet with fixed asset team.  Worked with Accountant IV on different projects as needed.
