Daily Duties at Bnp Paribas:

- Under the guidance of the CEO and the Credit Manager, to develop expertise in credits related to the Wealth Management activity of BNP Paribas Miami Agency. - Assist the Credit Manager to prepare reporting to Head Office. - Act as a direct back-up of the Credit Manager and replace him when he is away. - Complete credit proposals for clients in the international market and domestic as well. - Conduct financial statements analysis in Spanish for commercial companies incorporated in the Latin American Countries and in English for the US commercial companies as well. - Prepare minutes for the Credit Committee. - Present and discuss credit proposals to the Credit Committee (Local, London, Cluster or Paris depending on the amount or level of risk of the files and related countries). - Review and validate credit authorizations in the system (Olympic). - Review and validate credit legal documentation prepared by the Credit Analysts. - Approve loan tickets (amounts, interest rates, collateral) prepared by the Credit Analysts. - Prepare collateral analysis and monitor the risk related to the pledged portfolios to ensure coverage of the outstanding lines of credit. - Monitor and control the risk of loan collateral, margin calls and liquidation calls. - Approve collateral amendment decisions and assess the risk related to cash transfers or purchase of securities in the pledged portfolios to ensure continuous coverage of loans. - Assign Financing Ratios for the investment holdings of the pledged portfolios according to the financing norms defined by Head Office and based on the Ratings of the securities by S&P, Moody’s and Fitch.
