Daily Duties at Us Army:

Operated the Installation Video Teleconference Center for 6 months. Supervised assigned military personnel. Scheduled conferences and maintained schedules to resolve conflicts in calendar for VTC's. Facilitated conferences for general officers and high ranking civilian personnel. Troubleshooter for equipment with ATT and takes corrective action to eliminate downtime. Provided automated data processing support to Video Teleconference users. Maintained to Video Teleconference Centers with equipment values in excess of $750,000. Plans and develops secure network based video teleconferencing systems, installation, implementation, integration of system infrastructure, maintenance and management of network systems used for transmission of information in voice, data, and video formats for video teleconferencing, to include interface of all system components with sophisticated transmission media such as satellite earth station terminals, both local and wide area command. The incumbent must be able to operate and maintain computers using the C2 level Windows operating systems, perform complete software reloads and system back-ups of all systems. Plans the accomplishment of projects to install and upgrade video teleconferencing peripheral equipment and facilities.
