Daily Duties at Halliburton Kellogg Brown & Root :
"Provided Information Technology and Telecommunications support Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) and the U.S. Armed forces in Iraq. Installed and configured strategic ANACOM and CODAN satellite communication packages. Implemented the installation and operation of the satellite fly away package consisting of the NORTEL PBX phone system and Cisco router. Programmed over 500 Motorola mobile and hand held radios and repeater systems which consist of the GP-300 series, HT-750 and XTS 3000 radios. Provided desktop support Halliburton , and the Coalition Provisional Authority including application, hardware, printer configuration, and wireless solutions. Understanding of the principles, techniques, and practices of engineering functions such as design, development, evaluation, testing, installation and maintenance of electronic equipment, and a knowledge of the capabilities, limitations, operations, design characteristics, and functional use of a variety of types and models of electronic and optical equipment and systems. Communications, Computer, and Intelligence (C4I) through modification and applications of evolving data link technology.
