Daily Duties at Excellence Manufacturing Inc.:

Manage the design through production of automotive, aerospace and military mechanisms, parts, and assemblies. I was involved with the design of electromechanical actuators for automotive seating suppliers. I helped develop business in non-automotive sectors and got the company listed as a preferred supplied to the army. I helped bring in aerospace work and specialty nitch-market companies with our sales staff. Since this was a small company with a small staff I did everything from develop the design, build prototypes, testing, tooling and parts design and price estimates, production line design and procurement, scheduling of the entire process using MS Project. I also made customer visits using my network of friends and contacts to develop new business for the company.
