Daily Duties at Career Education Corporation:

Directly responsible for Human Resources functions at a number of post-secondary schools in the Nevada/Arizona region. Directly supervised and mentored HR Business partners in conducting EEO and employee relations investigations, implementation and delivery of revamped policies and procedures, staffing and mentoring of employees. Conducted a number of high level, sensitive investigations and made recommendations for appropriate courses of action.
