Daily Duties at Citi Bank:
Coordinated the Departments hiring process, created an Access Database that dimensions employee performance used to select the best candidates. Created supplemental reports to identify interviewing Managers success rates in candidate selection. This database has been adopted at other sites. Managed team of Monitors and self performed Service Quality Monitoring Team of associates calls to ensure compliance with all internal and external policies & procedures. Provided feedback to increase associate effectiveness. Performed as Cardmember Communications liaison for unit, investigated and responded to over 400 issues reviewing for formula or process improvement opportunities. Decrease the units FTE by 3 staff with procedural improvements. Developed a peer representative process utilized when new hires report to the floor for increased assimilation to the unit. Facilitated focus groups, which created a supplemental staff manual. Headed the hiring process for the units start up at our site in New Mexico
