Daily Duties at First Usa/Bank One:
Manager of all post primary outsource collections Agencies. Ensured business goals were satisfied including Vendor Services Support Goals 40 MM over forecasted collections recoveries and overall quality results average over 95%. Effectively managed over 2 billion in inventory for over 20 agencies. Increased the effectiveness of internal databases such as Settlements used for tracking productivity. Created a Vendor Forecast database used to monitor agencies performance and enhance reporting. Proposed a Vendor Scorecard to capture information from various databases and reports to better evaluate an Agencies performance. Created and implemented a Vendor Contact Database shared by other units. Participated in the site Retention initiative by reviewing all applicants hired in 2002 and identifying characteristics of those who've have left, subsequent hiring practices have changed. Remotely Service Quality Monitoring Team of associates calls to ensure compliance with all internal and external policies & procedures. Provided feedback to increase associate effectiveness.
