Daily Duties at Sprint:
Manageed the overall daily operations of the store including hiring, discipline, and scheduling of employees to ensure cost effective and quality store operations. Advanced the company's retail position in consumer markets. Achieved sales goals and service performance requirements through new customer sales, sales of accessories and features, and by provided excellent customer satisfaction. Set the tone for store culture and environment to ensure success in all aspects of sales and customer service. Maintained inventories at adequate levels, promoted sales, and maintains the appearance of the store. Completed accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts. Priced and conducted physical inventories. Responsible for coaching and developing team members to achieve desired results.
