Informed 250 + employees in four branches of operational changes and improvements.  Purchased new and disbursed previously centralized scanning and imaging equipment throughout the law office increasing employee productivity ten-fold. Reduced file archival time from two hours down to ten minutes.  Maintained case file database; resolved software issues, backed-up information and performed routine data maintenance to provide optimum retrieval speed. Monitored inter-branch movement of files.  Ensured accurate database update, cataloging and storage of closed case files, received from branches and six departments within the main firm.  Administered third-party carrier accounts; selected cost-effective methods for speedy transport, tracked shipments and handled carrier contact. Reviewed charges, ensuring proper application of negotiated prices and discounts, generated transportation cost reports and submitted figures to firm financial officer.  Compiled monthly report on United States Post Office transactions. Categorized type of service and charges.
