Daily Duties at National Search Associates:
Provided administrative support for a staff of ten (10) executive recruiters for the Pharmaceutical & Biotech industries. Processed, reviewed and logged all incoming resumes. Transmitted candidate’s resumes to clients/hiring managers. Maintained and filed accounts/resumes and fee agreements. Updated office information and kept it current; including: associates, phone extensions, email addresses, SOP’s for the Administrative Assistant position, client information, maintenance of office equipment, etc.
