Provide support to the legal transactional group to include; business formation and governance, civil litigation, contracts, license agreements, garment licenses, intellectual property, trademarks, correspondence, meeting set-up, calendaring with reminders. Bookkeeping to include month end reconciliation reports, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Managed commercial and residential properties.
