Manage the office staff and act as liaison between the attorneys and paralegals and staff Ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations Responsible for the case list, employee manual and employee roster Prepare and manage multiple Immigration cases, specifically H-2B, P-1, P-1s and Permanent Residency cases Prepare filings to both the Department of Labor (at State and Federal level) and Unites States Citizen and also with the Immigration Services Extensive client contact (both English and Spanish) and Department of Labor and the USCIS to advocate on behalf of clients Process all accounts payable and accounts receivable Responsible for payroll in its entirety Prepare and input all attorneys billing Manage five separate bank accounts, including multiple trust accounts, checking and savings accounts and the payroll account Processes and manage collection accounts for non-payment
