Daily Duties at Paradise Valley Hosptial:

Coordinate new hire orientation process and on-boarding for all positions. Ensure that all human resource files are in compliance with federal and state laws. Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all personnel records in accordance with federal and state laws. Review performance evaluations to ensure that all employees are given performance evaluations at the appropriate time. Ensure that annual TB, physicals, licenses and background checks are up to date and that all documentation is in personnel files. Monthly audits of various nature: employee file audits, licensure audits, timecard audits, pay practices audits, employee health, W2 audits, Social Security/Work Authorization audits. Assist with investigations, prepares and develops employee relation issues and practices.
