*Improved nursing staff’s compliance with some National Patient Safety Goals (NPSGs) by consistently auditing and re-educating nursing staff members house wide *Compiled important reports for Quality Board & Patient Safety Meetings, based on research & Medical Records analysis, e.g. “Mercy’s Annual Report on Falls”, “Preventing Pressure Ulcers with Mapilex dressing”, “each unit’s NPSG compliance” & “Mercy’s Rapid Response Team” *Attended inter-disciplinary administrative meetings, rotated in all clinical / administrative departments
