Daily Duties at Robbins Gioia Llc:
Determine the coding and processing of expense report, invoices, and subcontractors claims in Deltek/Costpoint. Prepared the weekly direct deposit/check run and submitted to the manager for review for three subsidiary companies. Responsible for matching vendor invoices to sales orders and purchase order documentation for payment. Created purchase order requests in the accounting system. Managed the corporate American Express credit card program and performed monthly reconciliations for all prepaid accounts. Produced 1099s for consultants and submitted to IRS and vendors for tax purposes. Handled the tasks of managing and maintaining the filing system of all approved invoices and payments. Performed follow up with vendors on any discrepancies that arise. Handled the tasks of reconciling/researching returns and credits received from the vendors.
