Daily Duties at Analex Corporation:
Managed staff of 12, reveiwed work, performed reviews, and coach staff on problem solving for three different location/states. Resposnible for recruiting staff and providing them applicable training with CostPoint/Deltek. Integrated three mutiple Accounts Payable departments together, maintaining two parallel Costpoint systems. Documented producivity and looked for areas of improvement. Developed and recommend policy and procedures to govern the payment of company bills to the advantage of the organization in terms of cash flow and discounts. Audited, verified and reveiwed expense reports for compliance and invoices to ensure accuracy of sales tax and/or use tax liabilities. Approved weekly check run/direct deposits. Supervised and reconciled the Bank of American credit card program and coordinated employee inquiries and disputes. Prepared sales and use tax and controlled the W9’s and 1099’s process as well as reporting of independent contractors. Coordinated and closed the end month books for the Accounts Payable department.
