*Supervised operations of all departments by auditing staff over all shifts, times & days *Consistently re-educated all departments’ staff on regulatory compliance, during all shifts *Monitored compliance, identified trends in non-compliance & contributed to plan of correction for Annual State survey deficiencies by auditing Medication & Treatment Administration records *Assessed overall resident satisfaction with all services and identified opportunities for improvement by personally interviewing & observing 42 residents, and computing a statistical analysis of responses *Improved skin care by consistently evaluating & re-educating staff over all shifts & days *Monitored falls by analyzing trends in correlating factors of falls & by inspecting Safety Alarms *Researched, developed, led therapeutic cognitive & physical activity programs for demented residents *Screened admission referrals to forecast referred patients’ comprehensive needs & coverage issues *Participated in Inter-disciplinary Governance, Management, Utilization Review & Care-plan meetings *Compiled important reports like Monthly QA Board Meeting reports for Nursing, Dietary & Activities
