Assign duties to staff to get apartments ready for new tenants. Do work orders that came in. I was certified pool operator, so I maintained the pool and spa daily, and kept accurate records. I repaired appliances, AC's and furnaces. Ordered supplies and kept an inventory of items needed. Kept the grounds looking beautiful and safe. Plowed and shoveled snow. Was on call for emergencies.
