Represented companies to investors during conferences, road shows and stockholder meetings. Organized road shows with new and current investors. Created investor presentations, press releases, factsheets, website-specific content, newsletters, conference call scripts, Q&A and talking points. Defined and monitored program performance metrics. Provided financial data analysis and logistical support for quarterly earnings process, investor conference calls, management reporting, SEC filings, annual reports, trading and peer performance analysis. Maintained 100% compliance with SEC regulations and internal policies and procedures.
