Daily Duties at Weyerhaeuser Corp:
Ran the Tri-Wall plant in Butler IN and all other triple-wall operations Weyco purchased. Establised continuse run on major equipment. Put in place a 10% bonus system for all hourly ...employees. Had two daily production meetings daily which included all supervisors,HR manager,and Custermer Service Manager. I signed all POs over $1000 and all checks for bills paid by the plant. Established a daily profit report. Had monthly union-management,safety and plant wide meetings to discuss the monthly results.
