Daily Duties at Sun Life Financial:
Partnered with business unit directors and managers in 3 areas to develop IT solutions and resolve production issues for such systems as PAM for securities and mortgages, general ledger feeds, and MRI Real Estate. Provided design and project management leadership for all major projects, with oversight for system developers and business analysts. Researched and selected software solutions and secured approvals from the Director of Finance Systems.
