Provide decision support advice to the US Ambassador and USAID Mission director with regards to the financial role of the US Mission in Kabul city development projects; Identify projects within Kabul City for the US Mission to support (financially); Engage with key leaders such as the Mayor of Kabul and Deputy Minister of Urban Development; Coordinate with key representatives of US Federal Agencies and International Donor/AID to address issues and concerns identified by the Mayor and US Ambassador and USAID Mission Director.
