Daily Duties at The Omara Organization Inc.:
Served as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, engineers, architects, suppliers, sub-contractors, and labor for one year, before departing to a mandatory active duty deployment with the US Army as a Military Engineer Officer. Bilingual (Spanish/English) site project manager that managed day-to-day activities maintaining control of plan approvals, material samples and deliveries, construction quality and constructability, equipment installations, feasibility studies, and safety. Monitored schedules, cost flow, submittals, and work activities to maximize profit and turn over project on schedule.
