Daily Duties at Sanofi:

Responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing sales professionals to exceed Region and National sales objectives. Responsible for assessing selling skills, sales performance and developmental needs of each sales professional in order to further develop their career goals. Manage budget and allocate resources appropriately to drive business within each territory.
