Daily Duties at Shepherd Pratt Health System Jefferson School Rtc:
Responsible for clinical milieu management and regulatory compliance of RTC adolescent girls program for individuals with conduct, addictions/co-occurring disorders. Implementation of DBT as milieu clinical interventions. Direct care staff training and supervision. Clinical Caseload and Family therapy. Responsible for IEPs. Liaison with DDS, DJS, courts and insurance providers.
